What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, which access you’re interested in (open source, managed SaaS, or both), and your consent.

If you choose to answer the optional follow-up questions, we also store the details you provide (e.g. role, team size, industry, use case, technical comfort, current tools, timeline, referral source). These are entirely optional.

We capture basic campaign attribution (UTM parameters and referrer) so we understand where sign-ups come from.

Why we collect it (legal basis)

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the waitlist form. We record the exact consent text you agreed to, together with a timestamp.

We use double opt-in: after you sign up we email you a confirmation link, and you only join the list once you click it.

Who processes your data

Supabase — stores your waitlist record. Personal data is protected server-side (row-level security); it is not readable by the public website client.

Resend — sends your confirmation and welcome emails.

Loops — our marketing email/CRM, which holds confirmed leads for waitlist updates. (Provider being finalised; this policy will name the exact provider in use.)

Plausible — privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data.

Cookies & tracking

We do not use non-essential or marketing cookies, and we run no advertising trackers. Our analytics (Plausible) is cookieless, so this site does not require a cookie consent banner.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist data while the waitlist is active and until launch, or until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, which opts you out immediately.
